Free for Profit Policy
Unless otherwise stated, all beats and tracks on enix.wav are "Free for Profit." This means you can use them in your own commercial releases (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) without paying for a license.
Mandatory Credit
Credit must be given in the title or description of your song as:(prod. enix.wav). Failure to provide credit may result in a copyright claim or take-down request.
Sample Usage
Be aware that some tracks (like "Prayer in Detroit") contain samples from other copyrighted works. In these specific cases, the "Free for Profit" terms do not cover the sample clearance. You are responsible for clearing any samples used in the beats before commercial release.
Restrictions
- You may NOT resell the beats in their original or modified form.
- You may NOT register the beats with any Content ID system (YouTube Content ID, Meta Rights Manager, etc.) without explicit written permission.
- You may NOT claim ownership of the production.
Content ID Policy
If you receive a copyright claim from "enix.wav" on YouTube, it is usually because of the "Free for Profit" nature where multiple artists use the same beat. If you believe there has been an error, please contact us.
